Cancellation Policy

I keep my schedule tight so I can give every client my full attention. When a booking cancels last-minute, that slot can't be filled. This policy keeps things fair for everyone.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

48+ hours noticeFree reschedule. No charge.
24–48 hours notice$50 late cancellation fee
Under 24 hours50% of booked service cost
No-show / lockoutFull service charge

A lockout means I arrive and can't access your home — wrong code, locked door, no key left. Please double-check access before your appointment.

First-Time Courtesy

Your first cancellation is on me. Life happens — kids get sick, pipes burst, mornings go sideways. I get it.

After that, the policy above applies.

How to Cancel or Reschedule

Email info@ch-cleans.ca with your name, scheduled date, and whether you'd like to cancel or reschedule.

The timestamp of your email determines your notice window.

Holidays

Chelsea Cleans observes all Alberta statutory holidays. If your recurring clean falls on a stat holiday week, it's automatically skipped at no charge.

Alberta Stat Holidays: New Year's Day, Family Day, Good Friday, Victoria Day, Canada Day, Heritage Day, Labour Day, National Day for Truth and Reconciliation, Thanksgiving, Remembrance Day, Christmas Day.

Weather & Emergencies

In the event of severe weather or a personal emergency, I may need to reschedule. I'll contact you as early as possible and we'll find a new time that works. No charge to you — ever — when I'm the one rescheduling.
